Bestic Feeding Robot – Stuck in Demo Mode – Anyone Have Experience?

I'm posting on behalf of a community member who has acquired a used Bestic feeding robot and is experiencing what appears to be a demo mode limitation preventing full access to the device's settings. The unit powers on and basic functions work, however key settings described in the operating manual — including pause duration at the feeding position, scooping pattern selection, and the ability to save configured parameters — are inaccessible, requiring a full reconfiguration every single use.

The challenge is compounded by the fact that the Bestic was manufactured by Camanio Care, a Swedish AT company that appears to have ceased operations, making traditional manufacturer support channels unlikely to be an option.

We are hoping someone in the community can help with any of the following:

• Experience exiting demo mode on the Bestic
• A service or technician-level access code to unlock the full programming menu
• Contact details for former distributors, dealers, or technicians familiar with the device
• Any service-level documentation beyond the standard user manual
