Free Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses for Blind and Low Vision Veterans

Meta is giving away Ray-Ban Meta Artificial Intelligence (AI) glasses to 130,000 blind and low vision veterans across the country at no cost. These glasses can help veterans read, identify objects, and do more on their own. They are a great assistive technology (AT) tool to know about.

Do you work with a blind or low vision veteran? Here is how they can get a free pair. Veterans can join the Blinded Veterans Association (BVA) for free at bva.org/glasses. The glasses come as a free perk of joining. Organizations that serve veterans can apply through TechSoup to get glasses for the veterans in their community. Training is included. Local pickup events with hands-on training are also being held across the country. Check the Blinded Veterans Association website to find one near you.
