RFP and Contract examples for subcontracted agencies

Hi,

Wisconsin has operated under a grant exemption to outline that we subcontract with IL Centers for the AT Act program. This exemption is extremely old and outdated so we are going to pursue an RFP process. 

If you have example language that your program has used for an RFP process and any related Scopes of Work for we would love to see it. We update our current Scope of Work each year but it's always nice to get ideas from others.  Please share if you can, thank you!
