Seeking 3D printing advice for a project I am working on

I am looking for resources you might have related to the creation and running of a network of Makers making AT.

I have connected with Makers Making Change and have a meeting coming up with the directors of the makers spaces across the state of New Hampshire, The goal is to have ATinNH be the organizer and connector of the makers to have some statewide AT maker days and to allow for individuals to request AT from makers.

I am not sure what lessons you all have learned in your processes but I would like to hear them and if you have resources you can share please let me know.

I have a rehab engineer who is going to help ATinNH to run some sessions on making AT and who has run some AT maker events in the past.

Perfect timing! Please join us today (04/17/2025) from 3-4 PM (ET) for our State Financing CoP session on "Assistive Technology Fabrication: Building and Enhancing Your Program" - directly relevant to your interest in creating an AT Makers network.

    We'll be showcasing two programs:

    • Ashley from Alabama (sharing insights from launching a new AT Maker program)
    • Shannon from Texas (established 3D printing program)

Both will share how they're building their programs from a programmatic perspective. There will be time for discussion and questions during the session.

If you can't attend, we'll post the recording in this community under the Resources tab and State Financing CoP section.
