ATAP-AT3 Aging Peer Action Learning Cohort-Session Three

This third session of the ATAP-AT3 Agin PAL Cohort will examine several models of partnership and collaboration among AT Act programs and aging services agencies at the state, regional, and local levels.  These collaborative models are having success in meeting some of the AT needs of Older Adults in their communities and states.  Session Three presentations will leave participants with actionable insights and strategies that can inform future partnership development.
