Hexnode
Does anyone have experience working with Hexnode for their loan libraries. We're considering them for MDM but want to check if anyone has experience with them. Good or bad.
Thanks so much!

We use jamf education license because that is what the university uses and i don't have to pay for it with 80ish% success. It is only apple whereas hexnode is all platforms. Also with jamf- any update to ipads or jamf or apple school manager usually throws a wrench in things. (we have about 100 ipads, so that is a problem). The university firewalls required us to set up a separate wifi with IT in our building only for our ipads bc the MDM "breaks the rules". It does allow us to track, lock, wipe, manage apps from afar with in Texas is a thing. You might also look at Meraki (multiple platform). Kanji is supposed to be pretty good, And if your entity is Microsoft based, there is way to do it with Azure but it required some IT skills. If I had been able to choose, I would have gone with Hexnode. UTexas uses Azure for MS/Android and JAMF for all apple and it is a mess. My IT guy said the decisions had to do with security bc UT gets hacked 10s of 1000s of times a day so I guess ill trust them.
