Policies on receiving donations for reuse

Does anyone have any policy language and guidelines on accepted lift chairs through the reutilization program? Along those lines, any guidelines on mattresses (vinal vs. cloth, etc.) We are looking for some guidance that others may be doing in relationship to this. Thanks for your input!
