Moving an Inventory

Hello everyone,

I'm tossing these questions to the great AT minds of this forum who have contractors and may have some insight/feedback?

• Are there any lessons you have learned from changing contractors that you think would be helpful for other programs?
•  In relation to moving an inventory from one location to another:
  • Did you have a provision in your contracts on who was responsible for the actual moving process?
    • Was that who ended up moving the devices, or did you as a director help with the actual moving?
  • How did you pass on the records of any loans that are already out to a new contractor taking over an inventory?
